  • Your main goal is to ensure positive client experiences and work with the Project Manager and Strategist to quickly respond to client questions, complaints, or general comments that arent strategy-specific.

  • **RESPONSIBILITIES**- Monitor our inbox for client communications; respond or direct to the correct person (with a message to that person)- Respond to all clients messages within 30 minutes during regular business hours- Respond to cancellation requests, offering a consultation call, the cancellation link, and solicit feedback and testimonials- Request testimonials- Collaborate with the Account Strategist for upsell strategies- Lead in monitoring the Tawk.
