Bachelor''s/Master''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with technological advancements shaping the automotive industry.
Experience in managing multi-location teams and diverse workforces.
Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are a plus.
