  • Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Job DescriptionDevelop and oversee the annual operating budget for the department, monitoring and controlling expenses across all areas.
  • Determine security requirements at the hotel to safeguard against threats and hazards.
  • Educate and train team members on current safety issues to ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the execution and achievement of the hotels preventive maintenance program.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Construction team, engineers, and outside architects on renovations and projects.
  • QualificationsMinimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members, promoting teamwork and smooth department operations.
  • Proficient in strategic planning and budget management.
  • Experience in monitoring budgets and controlling expenses.
  • Knowledge of security requirements to protect hotel assets.
  • Training team members on safety issues and compliance.
