  • About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our growing B2B software company.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our network of channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our iPaaS solution.
  • Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with our company''s overall business objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and value-added partners.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our software solutions.
  • Set and monitor performance targets for channel partners, conducting regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and direct sales, to ensure seamless execution of channel sales programs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and manage channel sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets.
  • Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the B2B software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B software sales cycle and channel sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
