O que você irá fazer

  • In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the change management vertical for a major ERP upgrade program.
  • It involves supporting routines such as impact mapping & mitigation, training, access management, and being the key person in understanding the new system functionality.
  • **Main Responsabilities**:- Understand the different types of process changes from the as-is to the to-be, assess potential impacts and risks to the project, and prepare plans to mitigate these impacts by working with functional teams- Understand how the new process works and build training material for the end-users along with the functional SMEs and the development team- Support in delivering training sessions (both in-person and virtually) and enable train-the-trainer programs- Understand how the new system works and how to resolve business pain points on adapting to the new system during UAT, Go-Live, and Hyper Care- Support the User Access team with job roles and profile mapping to ensure the right segregation of duties for all business processes- Be guardians of the standard template and reduce process deviation (unless mandatory or critical)- Ensure no business disruption as part of the ERP transition process**What we are looking for**:- Experience in supporting change management programs in the digital transformation space- Fluency in written and spoken English- Azure DevOps (must have some experience)- ServiceNow (must have some experience)- Solution Manager Experience (nice to have)- Extremely resilient, collaborative, and communicative
