O que você irá fazer

  • Your role could be described as urgent courier, bellman, cleaner, inventory attendant, etc.
  • You will be Panoramas liaison between the Housekeeping dept.
  • , Front desk & our guests! Whatever our guests and department needs, you will be that person to respond.
  • Prioritizing and responding to calls efficiently and professionally is essential.
  • Most importantly, responding to guests and departments' requests in a customer-oriented manner with good communication skills.
  • Essential Functions: Keep lines of communication open and be accountable for your time throughout the day.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels in Housekeeping storerooms throughout the resort.
  • Complete daily tasks in a timely manner as determined by the Distribution & Controls Supervisor.
  • Ensure all calls are prioritized in order of importance and responded to promptly.
  • Communicate with the Housekeeping Office and Front Desk regarding any calls that are unclear or not fully understood.
  • Always adhere to the strictest personal and radio conduct when in uniform and on duty.
  • Drive Panorama vehicles at speeds no greater than 30 km/hr, following all Panorama road signs.
  • Always yield to pedestrians and guest vehicles when on duty.
  • Report all inventory deficiencies or damage to units/around the resort to the Housekeeping Coordinator immediately.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Experience/Requirements: Able to multi-task, work well under stress and meet targeted deadlines.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable under changing conditions & priorities.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, late nights, and holidays.
  • This position may require overtime and altered scheduling according to occupancy.
  • Must possess safe work habits and an awareness of safe work procedures.
  • Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals (rubber gloves are provided).
  • Must be in good physical condition, fit & able to lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time.
