  • The Position We are looking for an Orders Processing Coordinator to support our Customer Services and Operations teams .
  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) , ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Your contribution will be essential in maintaining a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Who You Are You are a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with experience in order processing and customer service .
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment , managing multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Your ability to problem-solve, collaborate, and stay organized will make you a key player in our team.
  • Main Responsibilities Receive and accurately register RFQs and POs in the system, ensuring all information is correct.
  • Interpret RFQs and POs, seeking technical advice when necessary.
  • Use the system to track and manage customer-specific information and requirements .
  • Issue delivery instructions to supply points and follow up on order fulfillment .
  • Resolve order-related issues , including order redirection when needed.
  • Keep Customer Services informed of any irregularities related to orders.
  • Ensure that order values comply with credit limits and company policies .
  • Support investigation and resolution of invoice disputes.
  • Assist and mentor Junior Coordinators in daily tasks.
  • Follow up on complaints and non-compliances through the improvement system.
  • Ensure that all tasks delegated by the Orders Processing Manager are fulfilled.
  • Required Experience and Skills Bachelors degree in business-related studies or relevant work experience .
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience in customer service and order processing .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems .
  • Strong writing and reporting skills , able to communicate clearly and logically.
  • Fast learner with good researching abilities .
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills , able to work systematically and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to follow procedures and policies while demonstrating commitment to the organization.
  • Resilient and able to work productively under high-pressure situations .
  • Additional Preferences Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good networking and relationship-building abilities .
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team .
  • Respectful and sensitive to cultural and religious differences .
