  • As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading our catering sales team to success.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase catering revenue and market shareBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored catering solutionsLead and motivate the catering sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and supportCollaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings and pricing strategiesOversee the entire sales process, from initial client contact to event execution and follow-upAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesPrepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior managementEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesAttend industry events and networking functions to promote the company''s catering servicesWork closely with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfactionQualificationsBachelor''s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in catering sales or related fieldStrong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market shareProficiency in catering management software and MS Office suiteIn-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when requiredDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsEnthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a customer-focused mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
