  • The Catalog Programs team provides catalog completeness and correction for the Amazon selling community.
  • Our team ensures that the information in Amazon''s catalogs is complete, correct, consistent and authoritative enough to drive a remarkable buying experience every time.
  • We are looking for an experienced Sr Program Manager to own & lead a team that drives catalog quality improvements to search & browse journeys.
  • As Catalog & Listing Sr Program Manager you will be responsible for build and manage a team of Program Managers that ensure that the information in Amazon''s catalogs is complete, correct, consistent and authoritative enough to give our customers a great shopping experience every time.
  • You will build strong relationship with local and international stakeholders, develop and bring new global programs that will drive strategic initiatives and programs to improve Catalog and Item Data Quality (IDQ), the foundation of building a seamless customer experience.
  • You will partner with WW Catalog teams to define our strategy for scaling programs, and helping drive adoption to improve overall catalog quality.
  • You will articulate and deliver comprehensive opportunities that link Catalog quality to other aspects of customer experience.
  • You will need to have an eye to spot and relate customer pain points into an actionable product roadmap, Think Big and own the long-term vision on Catalog quality.
  • You will partner with senior leaders to drive cross-organizational initiatives.
  • Key job responsibilitiesAs a Senior Program Manager, you will- Own vision and definition for the Program, Product and Service; - Establish scalable, efficient processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation; - Be responsible for defining new use cases, programs and products for his services in partnership with internal and external teams; - Own Planning, Forecasting, Execution and OP contributions; - Set and measure goals and targets across functions; - Develop strategies to mitigate risk; - Partner with internal tech teams to pursue initiatives to eliminate defects and ensure seamless ingestion of catalog feeds; - Collaborate with Catalog related teams to drive Catalog Operational Excellence and improve the Item data quality (IDQ); - Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationship, work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets; - Establish and execute against selection, operational, and business metrics by program, and report on status against program objectives; - Manage a tech and non-tech team; - Constantly benchmark with the Amazon''s Catalog Quality market leaders, in order to import the best practices for Brazil.
  • A day in the life- Manage the Catalog team people; - Review the KPIs and understand what improvements must be done; - Programs, process and products continuous improvement; - Import the best practices and programs from the best Amazon''s mature and emerging markets; - Interact with multiplestakeholders in order to unlock process and help our partners to success with Amazon.
  • Sao Paulo, SP, BRA- Driving process improvements experience; - Experience owning technology products; - Knowledge of SQL;- Experience in leveraging Robotic Process Automation to drive productivity; - Master''s degree in, business, engineering, or related technical field.
