  • The team today consists of seven analysts in Sao Paolo, two in Mexico City and four in San Jose, Costa Rica.
  • - You will work closely with the managers of Americas Geographic Capabilities & Insights who oversee the Latin America team as well as similar teams that serve clients in the US and in Canada.
  • Together you will jointly set strategic priorities for the team and drive capabilities development and client service.

  • , partners, Client Capabilities Network leaders and other capabilities & insights team leads and managers) to understand local market client needs and promote the team and its capabilities.
  • - Your role is part of our Global Client Capabilities Networkwhich includes more than 3,000 client capabilities professionals who work alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge.
  • **What You''ll Do**:- In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you will help co-define the team''s strategic priorities, lead internal knowledge development, and represent the team to stakeholders in McKinsey.
  • - You will help coach and nurture junior colleagues to enable them to deliver distinctive client impact.
  • You will ensure that the team meets its day-to-day and long-term operational demands for its expertise and capabilities.
  • You will coach teammates to respond to complex research questions that arise during McKinsey engagements.
  • To do this, you will leverage a solid understanding of business trends, local market data (e.

  • , public demographic data, as well as licensed modeled data) and strong research and analytical skills.
  • The responses and depth of the analysis required may range from one-off questions to multiday analysis to multiweek projects in which analysts join consulting teams.
