O que você irá fazer

  • Job description Execute purchasing operations in SAP, from purchase order creation to delivery at factories, customers, or construction sites Issue and send purchase orders to suppliers, monitoring delivery process and compliance with negotiated terms Track orders to ensure on-time delivery Update price tables in SAP and communicate changes to relevant departments Conduct supplier factory visits for technical updates on purchased products Follow global process for new supplier registration in SAP Support negotiations aligned with global purchasing strategy regarding pricing and payment terms Maintain market expertise, including industry knowledge, partnerships, trends, and market movements Develop regional supplier base, promoting competition and ensuring company needs are met Eliminate single-source supply situations Contribute to total cost approach, focusing on operational efficiency in manufacturing, logistics, and transportation Manage purchasing information, including analysis, reports, and databases Support on qualify and approve suppliers Develop alternative sources to increase company competitiveness Establish clear service level agreements with KPIs, goals, roles, and responsibilities Monitor supplier performance indicators (delivery, specifications compliance, financial health) Create action plans with Supplier Quality Engineer Basic knowledge of financial routines, including supplier payment control Active participation in sales and operations planning and execution process Execute activities, deliverables, and buyer development Qualifications Proven experience in direct procurement Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Advanced English proficiency SAP system knowledge Google Workspace proficiency Negotiation skills and techniques Desirable Experience in water treatment industry Spanish language proficiency Additional Information Location: Sorocaba - SP Work Model: 2 days in office and 3 days remote work
