  • **What youll do**Were looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support business operations achieving its strategic goals.
  • Analyzes, defines, develops, refines and provides support for business and organizational procedures, processes, and initiativesYou will:- Provides analysis and recommendations to management in matters concerning performance, operations, staffing, and resourcing.
  • - Assists sales management in developing business plans and reviewing with executive management.
  • - Sales support staff, which may include business systems analysts, pricing analysts, business operations specialists, sales team, and administrative staff.
  • - Documents and communicates business processes, systems improvements and procedure changes in a timely and effective manner.
  • - Provides clarification and direction on deal structure; - Ensures the smooth andeffective operation of newly implemented processes or procedures and communicates.
  • - Provides coaching and direction on performance issues at all levels of the sales vertical/sales division.
  • - Produces and analyzes reports including new, renewal and services.
  • Tracks and provides reconciliations.
  • - May be responsible for training new account executives and sales managers.
  • - Assists in special projects as assigned.
  • - Strong negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills**What were looking for**- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills- Excellent problem solving, written and interpersonal communication skills- Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics or related discipline.
  • - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously- Strong analytical skills- Ability to design and support improvement processes- Proof of English proficiency- Ability to manage a heavy and workload in a multitask environment- Global business perspective- Ability to think critically, identify problems and craft workable solutions.
