  • Summary The primary focus of this role is to support the Associate Commercial Director in driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies for both new and existing clients.

  • This highly cross-functional role collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, Technology, and Support teams to ensure client priorities remain central to our efforts.
  • How you will make an impact Analyze e-commerce revenue, client behavior, and product performance to identify growth opportunities within society career centers.
  • Review career center sites, product details, checkout processes, and other relevant site information to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
  • Build a strong working relationship with the Partner Success Team to align business strategies and effectively promote career centers.
  • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support) to develop strategies that attract new clients, drive revenue growth, and enhance the visibility of society career centers.
  • Partner with teams to amplify employer branding and job postings within society career centers.
  • Deliver customized employer reports using Madgexs Insights Reporting tool, ensuring clients understand their return on investment (ROI).
  • Who we are looking for Education: Bachelors degree required.
  • Experience: Previous experience with e-commerce platforms, including analyzing and optimizing performance.
  • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Quick learner with the ability to thoroughly understand Wileys operations, revenue/cost structures, and market conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic and analytical approach.
  • Technical and Business Competencies: Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and data management platforms.
  • Preferred experience with SQL, SAP, job boards, and recruitment advertising tools.
  • Self-Management Competencies: Demonstrated ability to complete work assignments independently with minimal supervision.
  • Management and Leadership Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across departments.
  • This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required.
