  • What you will be doing? You will work closely with internal stakeholders across different roles/functional teams to understand reporting requirements to effectively manage operations within scope.
  • You will ensure BAU and ad hoc reports are delivered accurately and on time.
  • You will provide insights based on the analysis to help in the decision-making of the management team.
  • Main responsibilitiesAnalysis and Governance Collect, analyze, and translate operations data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain reporting processes, dashboards, and data visualization tools to deliver accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Accountable for data quality and handling initiatives and ensuring contractual and regulatory obligations are met.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency within scope.
  • Account or Stakeholder Management Collaborate with account stakeholders to understand reporting requirements to effectively manage operations.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely using charts and dashboards to tell the story Provide training and support to end-users of the reporting/dashboard.
  • Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Excel.
  • With hands-on experience with DataViz tools, such as Power BI.
  • English level advanced or fluent is mandatory.
