  • The Business Development Manager is a critical role for establishing our presence as a official Authorized Service & Sales Channel and service**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Lead sales and BD activities for Blackstone products and services in the territory, support strategy forexpanding local presence with focus on technical shop services, field service, parts sales, repairs, and fullengineered solutions- Responsible for order/revenue generation with assigned volume and margin targets- Lead development of market strategy for the long term, and support initiatives on localization andinorganic growth of the organization- Coordinate relationship with partners and local agents for field service support and customer coverage- Develop and owns assigned customer relationships at all level- Support personally commercial activities for proposals, contract negotiations, risk assessment, etc- Support project execution and customer interaction per contractual requirements- Lead any future sales organization in assigned region, as the organization grow- Manage relationship with critical partnersEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE- BS/MS Mechanical Engineering with over 15 years experience in rotating equipment products andservices (MBA preferred)- Strong experience in the Oil and Gas and Energy industry.
  • Possesses global market and customerknowledgeability to implement strategy and build a business from zero with minimum support.
