  • Business Developer North America PagBrasil is looking for a Sr.
  • Business Developer North America to join its commercial team, working on-site in Porto Alegre (RS) or São Paulo (SP) .
  • This person will be responsible for building strong relationships with North American clients, focusing on new business opportunities in the International Pix , Pix Roaming , and other PagBrasil product verticals.
  • Additionally, they will be key in developing and strengthening a strategic network of contacts with clients and partners in English-speaking countries across North America with identified potential.
  • If you're looking for a collaborative and challenging environment that values your growth, this is your chance!Responsibilities: Lead prospecting and marketing strategies with New Business and Marketing teams for International Pix and Pix Roaming opportunities in the designated region.
  • Build and strengthen a strategic network of clients and partners in potential markets.
  • Manage qualified inbound and outbound international leads.
  • Conduct remote and in-person meetings with prospects and partners to present PagBrasils solutions.
  • Plan and execute business trips to accelerate negotiations and build strong relationships.
  • Represent PagBrasil at industry events to promote International Pix and Pix Roaming.
  • Gain deep knowledge of key solutions technical and financial processes.
  • Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal guidelines, and corporate governance.
  • Stay updated on competitors solutions and strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee client onboarding and testing in collaboration with support and operations teams.
  • Track sales funnel progress, logging interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Participate in internal strategic meetings, contributing insights about the North American market.
  • Manage contract renegotiations, risk mitigation, and crisis resolution for strategic accounts.
  • Oversee the International Pix and Pix Roaming sales funnel, focusing on retention and business co-development.
  • Create tailored commercial proposals and high-value contracts while ensuring compliance.
  • Requirements: Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written); Fluent English (spoken and written); Flexibility to travel frequently (sales tours, events); Inside sales, cold calling, and negotiation techniques; Completed higher education in Business Administration, Commercial Management, International Relations, or related fields; Proven experience in B2B consultative sales; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Nice to have: Postgraduate degree (completed or in progress); Experience as Account Manager, Customer Success, Business Development, or related roles; Experience in the payments or financial solutions market; Experience in B2B sales in the tech industry; Knowledge of the Brazilian financial, regulatory, and payments ecosystem; Knowledge of the North American financial, regulatory, and payments ecosystem.
