  • Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team.
  • In this role, you will align our Enterprise System solutions (CRM & CPQ) with the goals of our internal business stakeholders by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions.
  • As a Business Analyst (BA), your mission is to provide an excellent user experience to our internal customers through state-of-the-art and standardized business requirement gathering processes.
  • This will ensure the delivery of business solutions that meet customer objectives, resulting in high satisfaction, trust, and confidence in IQVIA Enterprise Systems.
  • You will be joining the Enterprise Business Technology team under GTO, which delivers Enterprise Systems that manage Opportunity & Revenue Lifecycle Management related processes.
  • BenefitsJob ProfileProject activities:Requirement Gathering: Arrange meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders, understand their requirements and work with Product Managers to prioritize them.
  • Requirement Analysis: Analyze requirements and map technical dependencies.
  • Requirement Documenting: Create and maintain product and sprint backlog for each solution/system.
  • User tests: Coordinate and facilitate UAT testing with stakeholders to ensure that the product meets user expectations.
  • Review training material development.
  • Operations: Support day-to-day operations of the project and provide status updates to management when requested.
  • Play an active role in project plans setup, priorities, timelines assessments, and resource allocations.
  • Business Development activities:Merger & Acquisition: Facilitate the onboarding process for newly acquired companies by conducting a fit-gap analysis to assess their existing processes, systems, and capabilities in comparison to IQVIA''s enterprise solutions.
  • Demos: Provide product demos to stakeholders and clearly articulate value propositions during business development.
  • Ensure platform capabilities are showcased effectively and customers understand expected outcomes.
  • Operations: Assist and guide business champions, sales, and strategic pricing teams to ensure IQVIA''s enterprise systems drive revenue recognition efficiently.
  • Manage End-to-End Induction Operations:Product QA: Provide acceptance criteria for requirements, work with developers and QA to ensure validation.
  • Product evolution and enhancements: Submit requests for improvements to enhance user experience and optimize processes.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop knowledge of healthcare technology trends and solutions.
  • QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering or information technology3-5 years experience in business requirements gathering, management, and client interactionAnalytical Thinking and Problem Solving: Creative thinking, decision-making, system thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Behavioral Characteristics: Personal accountability, trustworthiness, time management, adaptability, continuous learning, and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Business Knowledge: Business acumen, knowledge of IQVIA or relevant industry solutions like Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) and Pricing Solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (PMI, SCRUM, Prince, SAFe)Communication and Interaction Skills: Excellent verbal, non-verbal, written communication, leadership, influencing, teamwork, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Tools and Technology: Proficiency in MS Office, business analysis tools, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and quick learner of new software.
  • Experience in high-growth tech environments is beneficial.
  • Product-specific DifferentiationsBusiness Knowledge: Salesforce Opportunity Lifecycle Management, Conga Revenue Lifecycle Management (CPQ).
  • Tools and Technology: Salesforce Admin 201 certification (mandatory), Salesforce Business Analyst (recommended), Conga CPQ (recommended), Salesforce CPQ (optional).
