  • Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team.
  • In this role, you will align our Enterprise System solutions (CRM & CPQ) with the goals of our internal business stakeholders by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions.
  • As a Business Analyst (BA), your mission is to provide an excellent user experience to our internal customers through state-of-the-art and standardized business requirement gathering processes.
  • This will ensure the delivery of business solutions that meet customer objectives, resulting in high satisfaction, trust, and confidence in IQVIA Enterprise Systems.
  • You will be joining the Enterprise Business Technology team under GTO, which delivers Enterprise Systems that manage Opportunity & Revenue Lifecycle Management related processes.
  • BENEFITS>Job ProfileProject activities:Requirement Gathering: Arrange meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders, understand their requirements and work with Product Managers to prioritize them.
  • Requirement Analysis: Analyze requirements and map technical dependencies.
  • Requirement Documenting: Create and maintain product and sprint backlog for each solution / system.
  • User tests: Co-ordinate and facilitate UAT testing with stakeholders to ensure that the product meets user expectations.
  • Review training material development.
  • Operations: Support day-to-day operations of the project and provide status updates to management when requested.
  • Play active role in project plans setup, priorities, timelines assessments and resources allocations.
  • Business Development activities:Merger & Acquisition: Facilitate the onboarding process for newly acquired companies by conducting a fit-gap analysis to assess their existing processes, systems, and capabilities in comparison to IQVIA''s enterprise solutions.
  • Demos: Provide product demos to the stakeholders and clearly articulate value proposition during business development process.
  • Ensure that the platform capabilities are showcased to their full ability and that the customer has a true understanding of what to expect on the outcome.
  • Operations: Assist and guide business champions, sales, and strategic pricing teams to ensure that IQVIA''s enterprise systems consistently and efficiently drive revenue recognitionManage End-To-End Induction Operations:Product QA: Provide acceptance criteria for product requirements, work with both the developers and QA team to ensure the requirements are fully met and validated.
  • Product evolution and enhancements: Advocate for our business champions by submitting new requests aimed at enhancing user experience and optimizing processes to better support their business operations.
  • Thought Leadership: Proactively develop broader and deeper knowledge of technology / services solutions and trends for the healthcare market.
  • QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering or information technology3-5 years experience of performing business requirements gathering, requirements management, client management.
