O que você irá fazer

  • Join a project in which an innovative product is not just loud words and help us develop a financial platform that uses blockchain to connect notarized data to digital tokens and aims to document and distribute financial instruments on a more standardized basis.
  • Whats in it for you:- Fin tech startup founded by pros in the investment business with progressive AI and blockchain technologies, which gives you a chance to work with AI- Comprehensive Software Development Life Cycle process by the book with compliance to Agile methodologies- Full immersion into the project via direct communication with the client, ability to go hand in hand and learn insights in the blockchain domain**Qualifications and experience**:- 3+ years'' experience as a BA/Product Manager- Experience with creating product/feature roadmap- Excellent analytical and communication skills- Ability to classify and arrange data in the most convenient way- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (Story Map, Jira, Confluence)- Experience with bug tracking, collaboration and modeling tools- Upper-Intermediate English skills (both written and spoken)**Nice to have**:- Experience with requirement preparation for 3rd-party integrations- Expertise in fintech and blockchain domains (or the goal to become an expert in one)- Technical background: understanding of SDLC, Git flow, infrastructure, data storage, and API communication principles**Key responsibilities**:- Become the main point of communication with product stakeholders in terms of requirements and product functionality- Elicit, analyze and convert business problems into feature requirements; present requirements tothe team- Assist stakeholders in priorities management for the features; engage changes requested by them- Visualize workflows of the developed solution by means of Use Case and Activity diagrams (UML) or Process and Collaboration models (BPMN)- Prepare UI wireframes and/or prototypes, assist designers in designing UI and UX- Deliver a presentation on the implemented solution to the customer**Our benefits**: Professional and personal growth: ability to shift your career path, access to English courses, online training programs, webinars, and workshops Healthcare kit for gym, sports nutrition and similar needs worth 300$ per year Fun online activities and team-building events 30 paid rest days per year, including paid holidays Continuous remote HR and payroll support
