O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering all project requirements and preparing comprehensive documentation to support the development process.
  • This role involves analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Experience in healthcare and veterinary domains will be an advantage.
  • Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine software development requirements.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to translate business needs into clear, functional specifications.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to identify and clarify software features and requirements.
  • Support project implementation by coordinating testing, training, and change management activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in healthcare and veterinary sectors, to recommend best practices for software solutions.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development industry;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools;Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements;Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
