  • Position Overview The Business Analyst will provide the link to our data for our business partners.
  • Our Business Analysts are responsible for leveraging data and technology to improve business performance.
  • They will work directly with the business owners and become experts in the processes and data respective of the teams they support.
  • Responsibilities include the documentation and analysis of business processes and technical requirements, data analysis, and ultimately making recommendations to the business.
  • The Business Intelligence Analyst will be working at the SmartEnergy office in Sao Paulo located at WeWork.
  • This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
  • Partnership with Business Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Design detailed measures in cooperation with subject matter experts to evaluate company performance and to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and design optimization strategies.
  • Strong skills in understanding business processes, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.

  • Proficient in creating business models, process maps, and documentation.
  • May use data analysis tools but usually focuses more on interpreting the data within a business context.
  • Reporting, Analysis & Integration Oversee the reporting elements related to marketing, sales, operations, and care operations.
  • Develop process maps, models, and diagrams to visualize and document business processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Use data to support business case development and strategic planning.
  • Work with other analysts and database developers to automate reports and validate their accuracy.
  • Education & Experience Minimum of 3 years work experience, five years or more preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL tools.
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Experience with data tools and data manipulation, using Excel (Advanced), Python, and R, and familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis, data analysis techniques, and experience with data modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and advanced knowledge of reporting processes and systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in individual and group settings.
  • Ability to execute and close on multiple ongoing projects within a given timeframe without close supervision.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Advanced to Fluent English skills.
