Job Description Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the Digital Transformation strategic advisory arm of SAPs Service & Support organization.
We assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation vision and Best-Run Business capability from their SAP and other IT investments.
Our team draws on insights and experience from thousands of SAP customers.
BTS works with customers at the program level and more broadly at the enterprise level to measure, mobilize, and deliver strategic business and IT outcomes.
The BTS Senior Enterprise Architect will lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives for SAPs largest and most important customers.
The responsibilities of this role include creating strategic and tactical roadmaps that trace deployment of SAP digital solutions to quantifiable business value drivers and compelling business cases to help guide our customers strategic decision-making activities as well as ensuring the realization of the identified value during the customers transformation journey.
The BTS Senior Enterprise Architect is a key role in customers transformation to a digital enterprise and cloud strategy, requiring knowledge and understanding of the SAP solutions and platform.
At a minimum, a solid understanding of SAPs S4/HANA and industry solutions is required.
The BTS Senior Enterprise Architect will provide comprehensive advice to our customers regarding long-term (Big Picture) and short-term (Quick-win) opportunities for their key strategic imperatives and will recommend innovations which anticipate the future direction of both business and IT stakeholders.
Excellent C-level facilitation and communication skills are essential as is the ability to effectively engage with executive stakeholders, partners, and SAP account teams.
Other key competencies of this role include the ability to: Facilitate collaborative business process and solution architecture discussions with our customers business and IT executives.
Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for areas encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state.
Define and influence transition states toward joint business outcomes building on SAP solution value.
Support business model innovation and business process re-design/optimization based on customers business needs and enabled by SAPs solution and technology capabilities.
Qualifications / Expertise: Proven innovation and business or technical transformation skills/experience.
Excellent C-level/business and IT executive communication skills.
Proven SAP S/4HANA technical solution experience in design, planning, budgeting, feasibility studies, and supply chain process and best practices.
Solid industry experience and consulting advisor experience or relevant SAP Solution Architect role at relevant and large SAP global and local customers.
Strong leadership skills - able to lead customer engagements at an executive level.
Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to estimate the value impact of various SAP architecture alternatives is also required.
Project Management and post graduation are a must.
