O que você irá fazer

  • Mission A Buyer executes the sourcing and supply chain activities.
  • The Buyer manages the scouting of vendors, products and services, negotiating contracts and acquiring the most cost-efficient deals without compromising on regulatory aspects, quality and ESG principles, according to Regional Procurement Head indications on Supply Chain strategies.
  • Key Accountabilities Supporting Global Scouting & Vendor Management Department in supplier scouting and segmentation, implementing and maintaining a Vendor List of suitable suppliers; contributing to the performance management process on selected vendors; Maintaining operational relationships with suppliers; Collaborating with Business/Corporate Functions/key managers to ensure clarity of the technical specifications; Rolling out Supply Chain strategies (tenders, grouping needs, etc); Issuing Requests for Quotation and managing the receipt, evaluation, and comparison of bids; Defining target prices and commercial conditions ("Target Setting") and communicating these to shortlisted vendors for Best and Final Offer (BAFO); Negotiating and finalizing contracts and framework agreements to ensure favourable terms and conditions; Conducting final bid comparison, including evaluation of commercial conditions and vendor performance; Directly executing the procurement process on the ERP System and related; Negotiating the best payment terms applicable (maturity, break down); Managing the request and evaluation of bonds and guarantees to be provided by suppliers and/or subcontractors; Ensuring compliance with the organization's sustainability goals and industry standards; Providing info to give insights into procurement performance and procurement recommendations including best price achieved, commercial conditions, and any other relevant information; Arranging for the necessary periodic reporting to Heads/Managers; Applying Corporate procedures aimed to guarantee common processes across the RINA Group companies and countries, improving the internal standardization, communication, management and company integrations; Highlighting and sharing information that can mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and suppliers, such as financial instability, non-performance, capabilities, non-compliance, or ethical concerns; Ensuring that contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Qualifications College/University bachelors degree in Technical Subjects (e.
  • g.
  • , Engineering) or Accounting and related/Law; At least 4/5 years of experience in Supply Chain, with relevant focus on negotiations activities on large scale; Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices; Portuguese native speaker or proficient knowledge, English proficient knowledge.
  • Spanish proficient knowledge would be a plus; Knowledge of Brazil market and Brazil vendor base, LATAM knowledge is a plus; Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and/or D365 is a plus); Experience in related companies (maritime, energy, engineering, certification, etc.
