  • Privately held and headquartered in New York, NY, our passionate change-making team is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager located in Brazil.
  • We are looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our team remotely.
  • As a business development team member, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will be vital to focusing on Massive Bio''s clinical trial enrollment services and visiting Hematologist/Oncologist offices.
  • Ideally, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will have experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment.
  • Reporting to the Head of US & Brazil Provider Engagement, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will:Initiate, nurture and manage provider network to build patient identification channels including but not limited to individual physicians, patient advocacy groups, physician associations, boutique CROs, hospitals/health systems, well-established CROs, insurance companies, and NGS labs by visiting and contacting them.
  • Identify and support agreements for potential strategic partnership opportunities for Massive Bio to expand its operations in Brazil.
  • Identify and support agreements for the potential referring hospitals and physicians strategically located in proximity to recruiting sites for the clinical trials that Massive Bio is contracted for.
  • Promote and present the services of Massive Bio to the provider network and follow up on the processes regularly.
  • Follow up on the referral of patients from these providers to enroll patients in clinical trials that Massive Bio is contracted for.
  • Provide patient engagement support for patients coming from direct to patient channels including patient calls and medical records collection.
  • Manage patient referral and retention.
  • Provide timely input to Massive Bios CRM system about field activities; follow up communication with physicians; report results to internal leadership and team members.
  • Candidate Profile:BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies, labs or biotech.
  • An extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists.
  • Ability to travel to Hematologist''s/Oncologist''s offices and hospitals, whether using public transport or owning a car to travel.
  • (Mileage or public transport will be reimbursed)Native in Portuguese; English language skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical trials and the health care system.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Should be local in Brazil, preferably living in Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais), Brasília, Vitória (Espírito Santo), or Fortaleza (Ceará).
