O que você irá fazer

  • This professional will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, while also providing valuable feedback and consumer insights to the commercial team after product launches.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Service, R&D, and Product Development to craft innovative strategies that promote and strengthen our product portfolio.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Consumer InsightsUnderstand customer needs, expectations, and pain points while keeping up with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collect and analyze internal and external feedback to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Product Strategy & PlanningSupport the Brand Manager in defining product strategies, including vision, positioning, and value propositions that align with the companys strategic goals.
  • Assist in developing product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives with the greatest potential for business impact.
  • Go-to-Market ExecutionHelp manage product planning from the initial concept through GTM meetings and product launch.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful launches, monitoring key KPIs such as sales performance and consumer feedback.
  • Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, R&D, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment on strategies, launch plans, and consumer insights.
  • Continuously support the Brand Manager in developing and refining promotional strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring & AdjustmentsTrack monthly sales results and suggest pricing or strategic adjustments to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Analyze competitor data to identify trends and recommend portfolio improvements.
  • Marketing & Campaign SupportReview and approve marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring all messaging is on-brand and impactful.
  • Oversee campaign execution and monitor performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Reporting & InsightsDeliver regular updates and actionable insights to the Brand Manager and commercial teams regarding market trends, product performance, and post-launch feedback.
  • Recommend portfolio optimization strategies based on data analysis.
  • RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, brand marketing, or a related role experience in the premium SUV segment is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Go-to-Market strategies, product lifecycle management, and marketing asset review processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with product management tools is a plus.
  • Availability for business travel.
  • Passion for the automotive industry, especially passenger vehicles.
  • Creative problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
