O que você irá fazer

  • It is extremely important that our global gambling brand develops alongside Business growth, due to significant presence in the UK, Europe, LATAM, Australia and the US.
  • As part of this evolution and the continued expansion of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for activating the Companys positioning through tailored media strategy, activation of sponsorships and delivery of multi-channel campaigns.
  • You will work closely with the wider Marketing department for integrated communications and managing agencies to deliver industry-leading campaigns.
  • You will be passionate about marketing and excited by the challenge of developing the Companys brand in a significant market.
  • Preferred skills and experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use a range of communication styles and methods to engage audiences.
  • Strong brief writing and creative judgement skills.
  • Creative, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges and experience in delivering effective marketing across a range of channels.
  • Data literate, with the ability to determine the correct measurement metrics.
  • Collaborative, proactive and effective at presenting.
  • Experience in developing, executing, and analysing brand and direct response marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of how to transform objectives into briefs and marketing plans.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced and complex organization.
  • Experience in managing creative and media agencies for optimized outcomes.
  • Experience of developing and implementing effective media strategy in a complex environment.
  • Main Responsibilities Aligning and executing the Brand Marketing plan with clear objectives and evaluation.
  • Supporting the development of Brand Marketing professionals in the wider brand team.
  • Supporting the evolution of brand strategy through the creation and delivery of 360 brand marketing campaigns, ensuring excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Leading media strategy and buying across TV, Sponsorships, Digital, Radio and OOH.
  • Briefing and building strong alignment with internal and external agencies to ensure creative excellence, KPI measurement and campaign delivery.
  • Developing close relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly those responsible for media buying and lead designers to enable optimized campaigns and creative.
  • Supporting the implementation of improved ways of working and marketing process and planning.
  • Supporting the implementation and analysis of research and insight work streams to optimize brand strategy and positioning.
  • Managing large budgets and working with leaders to ensure sound investment planning and streamlined accounting and payment processes.
  • Collaborating with creative design teams to ensure alignment with the brand guidelines on an ongoing basis.
