O que você irá fazer

  • The focus will be on driving sales, increasing profitability, gaining market share and rankings, while strengthening the brand image across the market.
  • Directly manage a team encompassing the entire structure in Brazil, oversee Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Retail and Education Manager, and Training Supervisor.
  • Job responsibilitiesResponsible for the full business unit LVMH Fragrance Brands (Parfums GIVENCHY & KENZO Parfums) Brazil.
  • Turnover /OP/DSO/DOI (Key Business indicators).
  • Responsible for the local Commercial strategy & policies to be applied in the market (Commercial Terms, discounts, rebates).
  • Responsible for the Trade and Marketing strategy to be implemented.
  • Responsible in collaboration with its team for the negotiations with the Trade.
  • Responsible in collaboration with its team for the image of the Brand as well as the brand awareness.
  • Responsible for the Sell Out performance of the Brand.
  • Responsible for the elaboration, implementation, and management of sales marketing & merchandising budgets of area of responsibility.
  • Team development ~ leadership of a diverse team driven to results and able to understand the ambiguity of the business.
  • Prepare monthly reports, providing relevant insights of our business performance at wholesale and retail levels vs.
  • market and budgets.
  • ProfileThe ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor''s Degree preferably in business, with an MBA being an asset, and possesses 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in sales and marketing where they have held P&L responsibility within a best-in-class Luxury Goods/Consumer Products organization; bilingualism (Portuguese and English) is a requirement, Spanish is a huge plus.
  • Experience in the Latin American market is considered an asset.
  • Goal and action oriented, he/she will have experience in leading transformational and operational process improvement initiatives in a high performance, sales-driven environment.
  • He/she brings a superior customer focused mindset and the credibility and presence to impact customer relationships at a senior level at large customers including Sephora, Renner, Dufry, Epoca and Beleza Na Web.
  • This position requires to build lasting relationships based on trust, respect and a deep understanding of their client''s business strategy and requirements.
  • A skilled strategist who has the confidence and influence to take businesses to the next level and is comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.
