  • We are looking for a talented Telecommunication Solutions Developer with the following skills and experience: Experience designing Blue Planet solutions with the Delivery Architect and Project team, creating network, service topology, and visualizations for telecommunication / networking technologies.
  • Ability to support customer discussions to understand requirements, clarify implementation details, and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Proficiency in writing and maintaining solution documentation.
  • Experience implementing Project solutions in Java, Spring, Neo4J, JSON, REST, JUnit, Angular, Drools.
  • Skill in writing and optimizing database queries and procedures for Neo4J and SQL.
  • Capability to write and support configuration management scripts for Blue Planets CI / CD processes.
  • Experience creating device and service models for telecommunication / networking technologies such as DWDM / OTN, SONET, MPLS, GPON, FTTH, etc.
  • Commitment to continual learning in new technologies and Blue Planet products.
  • Ability to manage infrastructure automation using Terraform and integrate it into the deployment pipeline.
  • Minimum requirements include: Telecommunication technology background (SONET, HFC, Wireless, DWDM, Ethernet, 5G) and understanding of how these are represented in OSS Inventory and Automation systems.
  • Experience in implementing enterprise-level software solutions for mission-critical OSS systems.
  • Background working in vendor Professional Service organizations on fast-paced projects.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Oracle Unified Method (OUM).
  • Preferred additional skills include: Backend development frameworks: Maven, Spring Data / Security / MVC.
  • Backend testing frameworks: JUnit, SoapUI, Postman, Cucumber.
  • Frontend development frameworks: Angular 2+, React, Node.
  • js / npm, D3.
  • js, Gulp.
  • Other skills: AWS Cloud, CI / CD, ElasticSearch, Drools, Kafka, ReST (Spring MVC), SSO (LDAP, Reverse Proxy, OAuth2), Camunda / BPMN / OSM / Workflow.
  • Understanding of programming concepts: design patterns, data structures, relational and graph databases.
