  • Youll work side-by-side with our commercial team to build and grow relationships with publishers and industry players, across both our Distribution and Publishing verticals.

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields such as International Relations, Digital Games, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar areas.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial and B2B negotiation roles, preferably within the tech, gaming, or entertainment industries.
  • Solid knowledge of key players in the gaming market and prior experience working on tasks or projects within a team, with the autonomy to execute deliverables independently, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools to manage leads and commercial data.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and commercial KPIs.
  • Fluent English (you will use it daily for communication with international partners).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to create institutional presentations/pitches using Google Slides or PowerPoint.

  • Postgraduate studies in commercial or negotiation-related fields.
  • Previous experience in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
  • Experience with international contracts and redlining.
  • Participation in industry events or trade shows.
  • Familiarity with onboarding workflows and partner operations.
  • Intermediate Spanish.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Understanding of pricing and monetization in the gaming market.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or VBA.

Your ability to learn and evolve is more important than a checklist of previous knowledge and experiences! Main Responsibilities Prospect and approach new medium-to-high-impact partners for both Distribution and Publishing, generating leads and networking opportunities that open up new commercial avenues for the company.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with new partners of up to medium scale, supporting the contract process (including redlining through revisions, adjustments, and comments), resolving potential legal or cross-functional concerns, and effectively closing the agreements.
  • Collect and maintain leads using the CRM system, and ensure internal records of all active and inactive commercial partnerships are accurate and up to date.
  • Update reports related to prospecting and/or sales success rates, using data generated by the Data & Services team to extract business intelligence and support the development of strategies aimed at increasing prospecting effectiveness.
  • Develop strategic pitch narratives to maximize success rates in meetings and negotiations with potential partners.
  • Prepare decks and presentations as needed, from initial outreach materials to final commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate next steps and onboarding processes for closed partnerships of up to medium scale (from contract signing to catalog/product launch), in collaboration with the Partner Ops team.
  • Identify and report market opportunities of up to medium size (below R$1M) that align with Nuuvems core business areas including Publishing, Distribution, B2B, or other verticals that are synergistic with Nuuvems mission.
  • Participate in the evaluation of pitches and content with potential for Nuuvem Publishing, supporting the feedback process and managing partner responses (whether positive or negative) as required by each case.
  • Provide monthly updates and follow-ups on individual and departmental goals.
  • Type of contract and Salary Range: This position is under the CLT regime, with an approximate salary range of R$3.
