With a special emphasis on mapping the patient''s journey, the Biopsy Manager will help identify critical touchpoints, potential bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve the overall patient experience and the effectiveness of the healthcare system.

Job Description Key responsibilities: Acting to reduce variance among practitioners regarding when to request a biopsy, reflecting alignment with clear guidelines.

Reducing the rate of improper or contaminated samples collected by applying best practices for sample collection.
-
Reducing biopsies sent to inappropriate or non-specialized laboratories, indicating improved decision-making about sample analysis locations.
-
Shortening lag time between biopsy and result interpretation, suggesting more efficient processes.
-
Reducing misinterpretations or errors in reading biopsy reports, improving report reading and understanding quality.
-
Essential Requirements: +5 years of experience in the pharma industry in marketing and/or innovation areas.

Experience in collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams.

Solid project management skills.

Experience in local data generation to address Brazilian access needs.

Comprehensive understanding of the patient journey, needs, and concerns to ensure patient care remains a priority.

In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian Healthcare System.

Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Desirable Requirements: Experience in Rare Diseases.
