  • Role Summary Supervised by the AR Manager, the Billing Analyst will be working as part of a team responsible for global client billing plus any additional requests as required.
  • Location: CABA, Buenos Aires.

  • What You'll Be Doing Generate and distribute billing/sales invoices and adhere to special billing requirements set forth by the clients.
  • Issue/record sales invoices in the accounting software to customers/account managers.
  • Prepare Account Receivable and other related reports.
  • Resolve sales and customer billing disputes.
  • Issuance of credit memos or billing adjustments.
  • Assist in the preparation in the monthly sales analysis and reports by product and by region.
  • Contact Sales team to acquire accounting/billing information.
  • Work closely with the accounting team and the Finance team to assess overall financial trends.
  • Continuously apply internal controls under SOX to ensure adequacy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Recommend and implement agreed process improvement to the billing cycle.
  • Writing and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Handle administrative and accounting-oriented duties and responsibilities as needed.
  • Communicate and interact with various internal departments and externally with customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • What Were Looking For Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing.
  • Oracle or ERP experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong computer and interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate clearly: both verbal and written English with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow directions.
  • A proven dedication to teamwork, leadership, and integrity within a professional environment.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
