  • Logistics coordination: Oversee transportation, accommodation, setup, and teardown processes.
  • Communication planning: Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns, including digital and physical materials.
  • Budget management: Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost control and ROI optimization.
  • On-site execution and supervision: Ensure smooth event execution by managing support teams and resolving real-time issues.
  • Post-event analysis: Create post-event reports with success metrics and recommendations for improvements.
  • Risk management: Identify potential issues before and during the event and develop contingency plans.
  • Legal compliance: Ensure all aspects of the event comply with local regulations (permits, safety measures, etc.

  • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE: Effective communication: Ability to articulate ideas and provide clear instructions to teams and stakeholders.
  • Organization and attention to detail: Critical for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Negotiation skills: Essential for dealing with suppliers and strategic partners.
  • Extensive experience: At least 3 years of experience in planning and executing medium/large-scale events.
  • Advanced or fluent English: as reports may involve communication with external parties (auditors, investors, tax authorities).
  • NICE TO HAVE: Advanced soft skills: Ability to work under pressure, resolve issues quickly, and handle last-minute demands.
  • Market trend awareness: Experience with hybrid events (in-person and virtual).
  • Creativity and innovation: Proven ability to develop unique event concepts.
  • Knowledge in additional languages: Especially Spanish or other languages for international events.
