O que você irá fazer

  • **RESPONSIBILITIES**- Colocar em tópicos- Manage end-to-end operations of short- and long-term rental properties, with a focus on vacation rentals such as Airbnb; - Maintain strong relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, insurance providers, and building administrations; - Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis; - Manage and analyze cash flow; - Prepare accounting reports and oversee the companies bookkeeping; - Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:**MUST HAVE**:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field; - At least 4 years of experience in property management, particularly in vacation or residential rentals; - Solid knowledge of financial management applied to real estate; - Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication.
  • - Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview); **NICE TO HAVE**:- International experience; - Knowledge of property management software.
