  • Our goal is to support organizations operating in Brazil and the United States.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that the balances of offshore companies' bank and investment accounts are aligned with bank statements, custody reports, and internal systems.
  • Analyze detailed reports on the financial position of investments, highlighting variations, profits, losses, and risks.
  • Ensure that all transactions comply with applicable local and international regulations.
  • Review and improve reconciliation processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Implement or collaborate on the implementation of technological tools, such as ERP systems or reconciliation software.
  • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE: Bachelors degree in accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and specific accounting practices for offshore jurisdictions.
  • Previous experience with the accounting close process for offshore companies, particularly in BVI, Cayman Islands, or other jurisdictions.
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems and financial reconciliation tools.
  • Advanced or fluent English, as reports may involve communication with external parties (auditors, investors, tax authorities).
  • NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge of international tax regulations and reporting requirements for offshore jurisdiction.
  • Experience with QuickBooks systems.
