  • This is a fully remote position that may be anywhere within the United States, Canada, Latin America, or South America.
  • To fuel its rapid growth, Oyster is looking for a talented BDR Manager across the AMERICAS (North and South America) to work with HR professionals to solve one of their most important challenges: global hiring.

  • **The Role **:As a manager, it will be your responsibility to plan resources, deliver on sales pipeline objectives, and set challenging but achievable goals, and help the team hit them.
  • A major component of this role will be recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new BDRs to success.
  • Successful leaders have a really a good understanding of customer relationship management and are able to spot trends that can be translated into actionable plans.
  • **What you''ll do**:**Strategy**- Plan resources and hire new members of the BDR Team.
  • - Create a strategy and the process to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.
  • - Create a strategy to address different geographical regions and different company tiers effectively.
  • - Build a diverse team- Promote team collaboration, inclusion, and high-performance culture.
  • **Performance**- Onboard new team members to achieve proficiency.
  • - Host 1:1 sessions to provide coaching and feedback to team members to continually improve.
  • - Deliver and overachieve sales pipeline goals.
  • - Maximize team performance.
  • **Collaboration**- Work with Content and Marketing teams to create prospecting messaging, which is effective and represents our brand.
  • - Work with Sales and Marketing to identify key accounts, create a strategy to develop them.
  • - Work with Sales, Sales Operations, other BDR leaders to improve the opportunity qualification process.
  • **What we''re looking for**:- 2+ years BDR management experience in a fast-growing company, where you''ve had to build processes and define success metrics from the ground up- You will have been a BDR yourself for at least 6 months- Experience managing and leading a team of 4+ people- Proven track record of recognition and promotions in previous roles- Strong understanding of Salesforce plus experience building and reading reports- Experience selling SaaS products and knowledge of the sales process and cycle as it relates to software sales- Proven ability to lead by actions and influence- Effectiveness in managing employee engagement toward improved employee performance- Excellent forecasting, reporting, communication skills- An excellent coach, mentor, sales leader, and thought leader- Commitment to building a culture of inclusion and belonging- A team player, putting the teams successes first and foremost**BONUS skills, experience and attributes**- A proven passion for remote work- Experience working within HR tech space- Experience selling or talking to HR personas- Business proficient language skills in addition to English**You''ll also need.
