  • **You will**:- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience working closely with both marketing and sales teams- Experience using Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other automation tools- Willingness to travel to attend industry events, trade shows and conferences- Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese**Nice to have**:- Experience with Amplemarket or similar software such as Zoominfo/Cognism- Experience using lead scoring signals**What you will be doing**:- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads- Work with the Growth Marketing team to run campaigns- Localize content and campaigns (English to Portuguese)- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets- Manage the top of the funnel sales pipeline, update CRM and provide regular reporting- Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to generate leads and represent the company- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors and best practices to ensure a competitive edge- Create new initiatives to stand out in the market**Why Join Us?**:We are just about to enter a growth phase in the business which means we''re aggressively increasing our headcounts primarily across engineering and AI departments.
