O que você irá fazer

  • We are looking for a self-motivated **Back Office Assistant** to join our multinational team.
  • **What you´ll do**- Analyze audit/system reports.
  • - Create reversal requests with the corresponding team.
  • - Analyze issues on the previous reversals requests.
  • - Check entries on the Bank statements.
  • - Identify, escalate and propose improvements together with the team.
  • **Requirements**:- Excel skills - intermediate to advanced.
  • - Advanced communications skills in English.
  • - High attention to details and excellent analytical skills on reports.
  • - Proactive/creative person.
  • - Teamwork attitude.
  • - Ability to work under pressure.
  • - Be flexible on the working hours.
  • It''s part time job, 6 hours and we work under a hybrid model.
