O que você irá fazer

  • This pivotal role involves the development of new and the enhancement of existing application services that power our backend data persistence systems.
  • These include the Data Access Layer (DAL), Data Content Processor (DCP), Active Content Systems (ACS), and other critical systems utilized by numerous internal applications and services.
  • Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of our backend infrastructure.
  • Roles and Responsibilities: - Design and continuously maintain data-intensive, highly scalable API services within a Kubernetes environment.
  • - Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of new, scalable, and secure services using Golang.
  • - Seamlessly integrate external services into our existing ecosystem.
  • - Embrace test-driven development practices to ensure robustness and reliability of applications.
  • - Utilize expert troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • - Actively participate in code reviews to uphold team best practices and processes.
  • - Play a pivotal role in the design and architecture phases of upcoming features and services.
  • - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional project team members from Product, Program Management, and QA.
  • - Provide realistic and reasonable estimates during Quarterly PI planning, considering potential setbacks and external constraints.
  • - Prototype innovative technologies to optimize costs and enhance engineering velocity.
  • Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • - 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • - Proficiency with Golang and Node.
  • js with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • - Practical knowledge of Kafka and the ability to develop stream processing applications.
  • - Proficiency in crafting scalable and optimized MongoDB queries, including the capacity to enhance existing queries and indexes for large datasets.
  • - Familiarity with gRPC and the GraphQL framework.
  • - Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • - Experience with a wide range of technology stack components, including Bash, GNU Make, Git, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker, is preferred.
  • - Prior experience collaborating within a globally distributed team.
  • - Demonstrated strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
