O que você irá fazer

  • Transports and assembles all office furniture including shelving, bookcases, desksand wall units.
  • Arranges furniture according to specified instructions in preparation for specialmeetings, parties and other functions.
  • Loads and unloads various materials and merchandise from trucks and othertransporting devices.
  • Performs minor electrical work, light construction and painting and wall repair,as needed.
  • Performs and documents general fleet maintenance services.
  • Monitors and maintains inventory including ordering various maintenance/facilitiessupplies.
  • In a team leader capacity, may oversee a team of facilities/maintenance personnelincluding providing work direction, training and input regarding personneldecisions.
  • May work with specialized outside contractors.
  • May perform parking lot duties including sweeping and picking up debris.
  • May perform light snow and ice removal during winter months.
  • May be required to perform landscaping duties as needed.
  • May maintain documentation, such as power diagrams, network diagrams and spaceusage.
  • Watches for and reports irregularities such as unusual floor conditions and anybuilding malfunctions.
  • Duties must be performed in accordance with local and national building codes.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

  • Typically requiresfour or more years maintenance experience, as well as, previous experienceassembling and installation of office furniture.
