O que você irá fazer

We represent and support all IBM businesses horizontally and vertically.
Our work crosses nearly every category of output: research and strategy, communications and content development, symbology and systems, digital and physical experiences, tools and training.

Your role and responsibilitiesAn Associate Creative Director, Art Director within the Studio serves as a creative leader for IBM.
As part of the Studio, the ACD will develop and execute innovative creative concepts.
With a clear passion and expertise in art direction, this individual will inspire others through their creativity, strategic thinking, and work ethic.
Alongside a copywriter, this ACD, Art Director will be tasked with owning the day-to-day responsibilities from the conceptual stage through execution.

Create innovative concepts that are directly tied back to the creative brief.
Be comfortable presenting ideas and projects to teammates.
Actively concept and present proactive ideas.

Ensure creative ideas are clearly aligned to hit the brief and the brands objective.
Generate new ideas, while keeping an eye on establishing and maintaining standards.
Required educationBachelor''s DegreePreferred educationMaster''s DegreeRequired technical and professional expertiseStrong conceptual and strategic thinking.
Deep knowledge of digital trends, social platforms, innovation and technology.
Communication with stakeholders about concepts, principles, technical criteria and guidelines.
Strong experience in design direction and creative leadership.
