  • DescriçãoSupport overall business growth and ensure accurate financial management.
  • Controller capabilities are crucial for guiding the organization''s financial health, complying with accounting, regulatory, and tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team, Regional Controllers, and Risk teams to develop compliant and precise financial reports generated automatically from source systems, with clear definitions and effective change management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for submission to regulatory authorities.
  • Provide financial data and support during regulatory and financial audits.
  • Assist the Regional Finance team with day-to-day oversight of legal entities, including analyzing financial results and ensuring financial controls are followed.
  • Work with finance teams to ensure financial systems, controls, and processes meet regional requirements.
  • Solid background in financial controlling, financial audit, financial reporting, or accounting.
  • Familiarity with local accounting standards and strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience working with large datasets and creating financial reports for complex organizations.
  • Regular interaction with internal or external stakeholders, communicating reports, definitions, and requirements.
  • Perfil desejávelAdvanced skills in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Fluency in English.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to complete thorough tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Skilled at analyzing raw data beyond Excel and deriving insights.
  • Good grasp of finance and accounting terminology, with an understanding of tax and regulatory frameworks.
