O que você irá fazer

  • The resort features four pools, villa rooms, live entertainment, a Well & Being Spa and Fitness Center, paddleboards, luxury cabanas, and signature dining at Caña, El San Juan Beach Club, Meat Market, Riva, and Chandelier Bar with a 7,000 Crystal Chandelier.
  • Job Description The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel oversees food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of quality and service.
  • Responsibilities include managing division projects, software, marketing, communication, human resources, reporting, training, and financial management.
  • The role involves providing shift coverage across various food and beverage areas as needed and maintaining a flexible work schedule from mornings to evenings, weekdays to weekends, based on business needs.
  • Qualifications Qualification Standards Education & Skills Strong understanding and experience in Hotel Operations within a multicultural environment.
  • High drive for results; adaptable and flexible; excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent guest relations, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of Micros.
  • Four-year college degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management required.
  • Experience At least five years of related experience preferred, with hotel restaurant management experience advantageous.
  • Experience supervising employees required.
  • Hospitality experience preferred.
