O que você irá fazer

  • You''ll primarily be responsible for:- Developing technical ASO strategies and leading research & development- Leading ASO innovation efforts and refining our processes & methodologiesAs a key strategic role in the ASO team, your core focus will be specifically on technical ASO strategy and you will not be directly responsible for managing clients or owning ASO execution.
  • In addition to developing ASO strategy and methodologies, your work will also involve collaborating closely with our independent ASO consultants and the ASO team lead in order to help ensure our consultants are delivering high-quality ASO services and strong performance results to clients.
  • You will also have plenty of opportunities to provide thought-leadership across Phiture and the mobile marketing industry.
  • **What you''ll do**- **Developing technical ASO strategy in the ASO consultant team**:- Ensure the ASO team is trained and empowered to deliver the best efficiency and effectiveness by continuously reviewing, iterating, optimizing and standardizing our ASO methodology/techniques, work processes/approach/tactics, and reporting/insights.
  • - Develop new ASO service offerings and/or work processes in the ASO team by establishing innovative new strategies, best practices and solutions for the latest updates in ASO based on research and experimentation (such as new features in app stores in CPP/PPO, algorithm updates, etc.
  • ); help ASO consultants integrate these into their standard work processes and client ASO roadmaps.
  • - **Support key ASO client planning**:Safeguard the service quality across the ASO team by providing guidance on strategic planning/roadmaps (keyword strategy, creative strategy, etc.
  • ), helping ASO consultants align strategy to client goals (translating client business objectives, feedback and priorities into the strategic roadmap) and supporting ASO consultants in technical and/or client specific research.
  • - Note that you will not be responsible for direct client management and technical execution but will be involved in training and supporting consultants in discussing and planning strategic topics in client meetings, and mentoring and training consultants to be strategic, innovative thinkers.
  • - Grow Phiture''s influence on the mobile marketing industry (especially in ASO) by strengthening our thought leadership via publishing content to our blog, presenting in conferences and workshops, etc.
  • - We are looking for a strategist who can translate the work we do into industry thought leadership; our principal ASO strategist will be supported in this effort by the marketing team, growth and insights team and the ASO etam.
  • - Working with the ASO team lead, you will:- Help our ASO team achieve the team vision and mission by leveraging the team''s technical strengths, identifying/mitigating weaknesses, goals setting and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of work process and methodology timely.
  • - Foster knowledge sharing and facilitate smooth cross-team co-operation between the ASO team and other supporting teams (design, localization, growth and insights team).
  • - Working with Account Executives/Directors, you will:- Support strategic meetings from the technical/strategic ASO perspective- Raise revenue growth opportunities across key ASO clients- Develop strategic marketing roadmaps/proposals which can unlock revenue growth opportunities**What you bring to us**- At least 3 years of technical ASO experience, ideally in a consultancy or an agency environment and with a proven track record working in a complex tech environment as a leader and a team member.
  • - Hard skills- Solid knowledge of ASO and good understanding of mobile marketing, experience in performance marketing is a big plus.
  • - Solid understanding of research and experimentation methodologies to discover solutions and strategies (for example, running experiments in Google Play to identify core factors of keyword rankings).
  • - Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • - Soft skills- Strong research skills and critical thinking with data driven mindset- Excellent client management skill is a strong plus- Qualities- Positive, proactive mindset to drive the ASO service''s progression and strategies forward.
