O que você irá fazer

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:SALES 50%:Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives inassigned accounts hospitals/physicians.
  • Develops territory plans outlining business objectives and monitors sales in orderto meet monthly / quarterly requirements.
  • Meets with account services, purchasing departments, hospital administrators,clinical supervisors, clinicians, doctors, and finance departments to maintainbusiness relations and develop projects that meet clients deadlines.
  • Builds and maintains productive, professional relationships with key decisionmakers/customers in various positions within the territory.
  • Develops a clearunderstanding of these key people, within the structure and the organization theywork in.
  • Serves as liaison between clients, vendors, and departments to coordinateefficient and timely sales processing.
  • Advises customers on their inventory and product backlog to determine clientsneeds and provide necessary products.
  • Assists surgeons in surgeries of our clients on a daily basis to support productsimplantation and adequate use.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best addresses customer needs.
  • Worksclosely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction andproblem resolution.
  • NEW PRODUCTS LAUNCHES 25%:Establishes launch strategies, sales plans and business proposals for all ASDproducts and determines key accounts and products sales relation.
  • Executes and provides presentations to support current and new customers withproduct education and training on ASD products.
  • Follows on the latest clinical trends and product development within the relatedclinical areas.
  • Monitors sales flow and implements new product trials and introduction to evaluatemarket breakthrough and growth.
  • Provides training and manages the distribution networkin the territory to obtainsales objectives while balancing the needs of the team with Confidential forecast,budget and mission.
  • MARKET INTELLIGENCE 15%:Provides regular and timely feedback on sales performance, market dynamics, newtarget accounts and organizational performance.
  • Evaluates and monitors competitive products and marketing activities to improvesales strategies and profit margins of ASD products.
  • Visits customers on a regular basis to discuss account changes, opportunities andactivities and advise on what beneficial projects the Confidentials clinicaldepartment is developing.
  • SALES ADMINISTRATION 10%:Reviews quarterly the performance through the annual objectives established forthe territory.
  • Utilize Beacon tool or equivalent in order to track opportunities and dailyactivitiesResponsible for the management and maintenance of surgical equipment and devicesprovided to Orthopedic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons and General Surgeons amongothers for surgeries.
  • Arranges clinical support according to customers needs and performs with otherdepartments to process orders, follow up on BOs and deliveries.
  • Monitors an adequate samples inventory, according to the key products establishedfor the territory.
  • Coordinates the involvement of personnel, including support, service, andmanagement resources, in order to meet accounts performance objectives andcustomers expectations in surgery and in services, workshop, etc.
  • LOCATION:San Juan / Puerto RicoEDUCATION:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology and/or Nursing.
  • Master''s degree MBA or equivalent in Business Administration stronglyrecommended.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • Degree as a Surgical TechnicianLICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS:Drivers LicenseEXPERIENCE:5 to 7 years related experience in sales in medical devices industry.
  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:25% of time out of PR.
  • 100% mobile through the territory as Requested.
