  • Job Purpose Support student success and academic achievement by implementing the SABIS curriculum, philosophy, and teaching methodology.
  • Key Responsibilities Teach using provided lesson plans and develop new plans as needed, following the SABIS point system.
  • Mark exams according to schedule and materials provided.
  • Discuss disciplinary and performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department.
  • Implement the SABIS point system to foster a conducive learning environment.
  • Support invigilation of exams in a proper environment.
  • Assist lower-performing students to improve and motivate them.
  • Prepare for external exams by reviewing past papers and following revision schedules.
  • Perform duties such as testing children, substituting for absent teachers, organizing students for lunches and buses, controlling traffic, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in student life activities, including art, open house, and physical education, in coordination with the student life coordinator.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of the SABIS system and improve performance.
  • Perform other tasks as delegated by school management.
  • Ideal Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related subject or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team.
