O que você irá fazer

  • You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure successful implementation and optimization of digital printing applications.
  • Your technical knowledge will be essential in troubleshooting, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering training.
  • Key Responsibilities: Client Support & Consultation: Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with digital printing systems and applications.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and consultation on digital printing products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Assist clients in selecting and implementing the right digital printing solutions for their needs.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to digital printing equipment, software, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve complex problems and ensure the functionality of systems.
  • Product Demonstrations & Training: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase digital printing capabilities and features to potential and existing customers.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the operation and maintenance of digital printing equipment.
  • Project Management: Manage the deployment of digital printing solutions, including installation, calibration, and integration with customer workflows.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization: Work with clients to analyze their printing processes and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency, quality, and performance.
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital printing technologies, software updates, and best practices.
  • Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital printing, print production, or a related technical field.

  • Proficient in color management, RIP software, and digital printing workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

  • Familiarity with color calibration tools and quality control methods.
  • Knowledge of different substrates and finishing processes used in digital printing.
