O que você irá fazer

  • This is applicable mainly, but not limited to SAP systems.
  • Detailed Description and Tasks Performed: This role includes, but is not limited to the following: Follow The Sun (FTS) change management support for all SAP systems, change freeze activities and migration windows for Productive landscape, SAP upgrade activities and system refresh activities.
  • Use Solution Manager, SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM), Focused Build and SAP Transport Management System (STMS) to move application changes through 30+ 3-tiered environments as well as N+1 environments.
  • Member of a global AGILE team.
  • Implement and maintain change management control practices within the SAP systems to ensure system integrity/availability.
  • Troubleshoot change management related incidents and issues across all SAP landscapes.
  • Global communications on a daily basis with a large number of process and technical team members.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to make support more efficient within the teams.
  • Main point of contact for process teams/technical teams/project teams for change scheduling for projects and small work items, assisting with change management.
  • On-call during off-hours (support provided from 3 geographic regions, limited weekend support required).
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery process.
  • Required Technical Skills: Solution Manager (ChaRM, Focused Build); General SAP; General ServiceNow; General MS Office tools; General MS SharePoint.
