  • Job PurposeOversee and execute Compensation and Benefits tasks by maintaining, reviewing, and implementing policies, procedures, and practices within the department.
  • Additionally, participate in HR cost control activities and assist in managing the companys personnel budget (headcount).
  • Job DescriptionAssess the alignment of internal roles with those in the local market and the companys global job catalog.
  • Review salary adjustments and structural changes related to personnel movements and recruitment, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation metrics to assess the organizations performance.
  • Develop key performance indicators to aid decision-making within the department and support HR Business Partners (HRBP).
  • Conduct cost analysis and evaluate competitive trends in compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide support to managers and HRBPs in salary analysis and the application of compensation policies.
  • Participate in salary surveys, structuring data on compensation and benefits in response to requests from specialized consultants.
  • Recommend adjustments and updates to salary structures based on market research and the companys strategic direction.
  • You are meant for this job if:Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields in Human Resources.
  • Extensive experience in compensation analysis and programs.
  • Experience in salary survey participation and salary structure development.
  • Strong background in job evaluation and role analysis.
  • Advanced analytical and mathematical/statistical skills, with the ability to conduct independent, in-depth analysis and present findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in Excel; Power BI (preferred); expertise in AI tools is a plus.
  • Advanced English required; Spanish is a desirable asset.
