  • Key Responsibilities Create, optimize and maintain data models to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes.
  • Regularly update and refine data models to align with evolving business needs.
  • Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely integration of data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across various departments.
  • Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually effective, and tailored to meet diverse business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their data needs and translate those requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Document workflows, data structures, and processes to ensure clarity and consistency within the team.
  • Monitor and stay informed about emerging tools, techniques, and trends in data engineering and analytics.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data pipelines, tools, and practices for greater efficiency and reliability.
  • Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in roles related to data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar functions.
  • Strong expertise in SQL with experience in designing and managing data models.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, analysis, or ETL development.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, DBT, and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with visualization tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
