  • **Job posting end date**: 03/23/2025IntroductionWe are seeking a Complex Order Specialist to join our Complex Sales Order Management team.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that order-related data is accurate in SAP and that complex sales orders are correctly created in Salesforce.
  • In collaboration with Order Managers, you will oversee, coordinate, and monitor the execution of complex spare part orders that have specific order handling, purchasing, manufacturing, and/or logistics requirements.
  • Your role plays a crucial part to contribute to our business.
  • In this position, you will report to Manager, Complex Sales Order Management.
  • This position is mainly located in Sorocaba/SP.
  • Team you belong toYou will join a team of complex orders management dedicated to oversee, coordinate and monitor the execution of complex spare part orders that have specific order handling, purchasing, manufacturing, and/or logistics requirements.
  • We work closely with internal / external stakeholders, such as Product Lines, Purchasing and Logistics.

  • The members in our team are located in US, Australia and Finland.
  • What youll do- Support the Order Manager with complex orders, ensuring on-time delivery, accuracy, and high-quality parts.
  • - Conduct data follow-up in SAP; raise and monitor support tickets for necessary data changes.
  • - Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing.
  • - Create and manage Salesforce cases for complex orders to track and oversee their progress.
  • - Maximize business outcomes and enhance the customer experience through effective order management and communication.
  • - Participate in agreed-upon development activities.
  • Who you areBachelors degree in business/engineering or supply chain preferred.
  • Experience with sales orders management in industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce preferred.
  • Advanced English is mandatory and Spanish is desirable.
  • Systematic work style.
  • Ability to prioritize own work efficiently and in an organized way in changing multitask environments.
  • Flexible and analytical mindset.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
